Travis Sincomb
Travis Sincomb came to New Age Security Systems with five years experience supervising computer and electronic service and establishing networks for companies of all sizes. As a former supervisor with Best Buy, he helped manage the service department and address customer concerns. Then at NASS, he quickly became expert in the functionality and diagnosis of all of the video and security equipment we install and maintain, including both cameras (especially IP) and DVRs. He is a certified technician for Verint, March Networks, Panasonic, Exacqvision, and Mitsubishi.
Travis's responsibilities include managing the logistics and operation of the service department. Other duties include training technicians, product evaluations and interfacing between clients and sales to help propose the best solutions. His extensive knowledge makes him the ideal person to answer questions concerning system problems.
